Partial matching
When searching on a name such as "Smith" CIMS will match on everywhere the letters "smith" appear such as in 'smith', 'smitherson','blacksmith', etc.
Exact Match
Click the check box to the right of the input field will cause CIMS to return only those name that match exactly. The means that 'smitherson' and 'blacksmith'; etc. will not be inthe search results.
Search Results
Clicking on a row in the search results will open up that Customers information screen.
