Reports

Utilities Menu

Cemetery reports are found under the "Utilities" menu -> in the "Cemetery Reports" sub menu. Clicking on "Cemetery Reports" will open up the Reports popup window. On the reports popup window you can then choose the report you want to from the "Choose A Report" drop down. The following reports are available at this time:

• Available Spaces List
• Available Spaces List (grouped by Block)
• Burial Activity Report
  • Sort order options:
    • Burial Date
    • Burial Name
    • Burial location
  • Date Range
• Burial Management Report
  • Sort order options:
    • Burial Date
    • Burial Name
    • Burial location
  • Date Range
• Care Fund Report
  • select specific Care Fund (as listed in Care fund Constants)
  • select all Care Funds
• Cemetery Summary Report
  • Choose Starting Date
• Complete Burial Report

  Due to the large number of database results this report can generated we have broken the result up into records sets of 2000 results. To print additional record sets, choose the set form the "Record Set" drop down and then click print. If none are selected then the reports defaults to the first record set. To the right of the "Record Set" drop down is an explanation of how many Total record sets, and the number of records per return, and the total number of records.

Ownership tab

• Space Report

  the printer icon located in the upper right of the space tab

• Sales Receipt

  a report that shows all costs and fees for all spaces owned by the owner of the active space.

• Owner History

  a report showing all previous owners, dates and costs for this space

• Owner Spaces

  a report showing a list of all other spaces owner by this space's owner

• Owner Report

  a report listing all spaces, details, and burials for all spaces owned by that active space owner.
